    Jon’s approach is grounded in person-centered counseling, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, while integrating evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients engage with their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in response to life's challenges. He believes each person has the capacity for growth and healing and works collaboratively with clients to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.     Haley is a recent graduate of Bushnell University, where she earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For many years, she has worked with children in educational settings, which deeply informs her counseling work today. Haley enjoys supporting children and adolescents through a client-centered, play-based approach that helps kids feel safe, understood, and supported as they grow and heal.

    Haley works collaboratively with parents, believing that supporting the adults in a child’s life is an important part of helping children thrive. She focuses on meeting children where they are at and helping them build emotional and behavioral skills in ways that feel natural and age appropriate. Haley looks for each child’s strengths as a foundation for building new skills and confidence. Ariel creates an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard as a key element of her eclectic approach, integrating person centered tools and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, with a heavy emphasis on psychological flexibility, present moment mindfulness, acceptance and accountability.
